A Trusted Ally for Family Enterprise Advisors

Emotional insight that reinforces your strategy.

I partner with consultants and advisors to help families move forward—with more clarity, trust, and capacity.

You Hold the Plan. I Support the People.

You manage governance. Succession. Strategy.

But sometimes what’s in the way isn’t on paper—it’s in the room.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Annie Woods—a trauma-informed coach, Enneagram practitioner, and facilitator who works at the intersection of family, identity, and leadership. I bring the kind of insight that gets families unstuck and helps your work land deeper.

When Families Get Stuck, So Does the Process

You’ve probably seen it:

  • A family hires you for structure—but what they need is safety.

  • You’re ready to move forward—but someone’s still stuck in the past.

  • Emotions rise in the room—and suddenly the real work is out of reach.

  • One person dominates. Another disappears.

  • The plan is solid—but relationships are too brittle to hold it.

  • These moments can stall even your best-laid strategies. That’s where I come in.

I support the emotional system so you can do what you do best—with less friction, more traction, and a family that’s ready to engage.

How We Can Work Together

2. Bring Me in as a Collaborative Partner

We can co-facilitate. I can offer insight into the emotional system. I can help you carry the parts of the process that require relational sensitivity and deep listening.

I’m not here to take over your work—I'm here to support it. To bring dimension, softness, and direction when things feel stuck.

1. Invite Me for a One-Time Session or Workshop

One of the easiest ways to bring me in is for a single, high-impact engagement—part of a retreat, a turning point, or a moment that needs perspective.

We’ll co-design a session that fits your goals and gives your clients tools they can actually use.

Topics I often lead:

  • Getting Unstuck: Naming and shifting long-standing dynamics

  • Brave Conversations: Communication that holds both truth and care

  • Generational Wisdom: What’s inherited, what’s chosen

  • Leading as Yourself: Identity, self-awareness, and contribution

  • Repair & Responsibility: How trust is actually built

This kind of session adds value to your work, gives the family momentum, and helps them see you in a new light—as someone who knows exactly what they need next.

3. Refer Family Members for Independent Coaching

Not every shift needs to happen in the group. When a family member works with me 1:1, we focus on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and relational skill—all of which ripple into the family system and make your job easier.

You stay their strategic anchor. I help them take personal responsibility for how they show up.
