I'm Annie Woods, a systemic coach and facilitator. For about 12 years I've been in the room when the conversation gets hard: the CEO who carries it alone, the executive team that can't decide, the family in business that avoids the one topic that matters, the next generation waiting for a seat.
I coach CEOs and executives one-on-one. I facilitate executive teams. I work with families in business. And I work alongside consultants and advisors in many fields who need a communication and systems partner on their engagements.
My clients are across Guatemala, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. I work in English and Spanish, often in both at once, because the language a person argues in is not always the language they lead in.
What I've learned.
The problem on the table is rarely the whole problem. A stalled decision, a team that won't speak up, a leader who is burning out: underneath, there is usually a pattern of communication that once protected people and now costs them. Change the pattern and the decisions follow. Change the system and the change lasts.
How I see the work
Systemic first. Individuals sit inside systems: teams, companies, enterprising families. I coach the person and read the system around them.
Communication as the lever. Words that match your impact change how a room responds. I coach it live, so it works the next day.
Enneagram as a shared language. As an Enneagram practitioner (IEQ9), I help people see what drives their reactions and each other's, without boxing anyone in.
Parts, not problems. My coaching is Internal Family Systems informed: every strong reaction has a reason, and it deserves to be heard before it can change.
Leadership across generations. G3 leadership development is a specialty: helping next-generation leaders find their voice and credibility before they inherit the table
