How I Work

Three lanes. One goal: clearer conversations and braver decisions.

Practice Makes Braver

Change that lasts is built the way strength is built: with repetition, support, and the right frameworks.
Here is what working together looks like:

Spark Call.

We talk for 30 minutes. You tell me what's happening. I tell you honestly whether I can help, and how.

Design.

We agree on the work: a facilitated meeting, a series of sessions, or ongoing coaching. You'll know the scope, the format, and the goal before we start.

Discovery.

I listen before I recommend. For families, that means individual conversations with the people involved, so I understand the system and not just one version of it.

Practice.

We do the work in the room, in your language, with real conversations on the table and tools you can use the next day.

Handoff.

The aim is that you need me less. Families leave with agreements, a shared language, and the confidence to keep going.

What you can expect from me

  • Direct, not harsh. I'll say what I see, with care.

  • Neutral. I don't take sides in a family. I take the side of the conversation.

  • Bilingual. English, Spanish, or both in the same meeting.

  • Practical. Frameworks matter only if you can use them on Monday.
